At Cool Fidget, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer free returns, free exchanges, and a 30-day limited warranty for eligible products purchased directly from coolfidget.com.

If your product arrives damaged, has a quality issue, does not function as expected, or simply does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, exchange, or warranty request, please contact us at Service@coolfidget.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For damaged or defective products, please include clear photos or videos to help us review the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Quality issues or manufacturing defects

• Damaged or defective products

• Products that do not function as intended

• Incorrect items received

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction with your purchase

For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, products must be unused and returned in their original condition, including original packaging, accessories, and any included components.

For approved returns and exchanges within 30 days:

• Return shipping is free

• Exchange shipping is free

• A prepaid return shipping label will be provided

• We do not charge return handling or restocking fees

• Any original shipping fee charged on your order will not be deducted from your refund

Please contact our customer service team before sending any products back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.

30-Day Limited Warranty

Cool Fidget provides a 30-day limited warranty for products purchased directly from coolfidget.com.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material defects, and functional issues under normal use that are reported within 30 days of delivery.

Covered issues may include defective mechanical components, manufacturing-related malfunctions, or products that fail to operate as intended under normal use.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or excessive force

• Damage resulting from improper handling or storage

• Damage caused by excessive heat, moisture, or exposure to unsuitable conditions

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect normal product functionality

If a quality issue is confirmed within the warranty period, we may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the circumstances:

• Product replacement

• Exchange

• Partial refund

• Full refund

All warranty requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair and appropriate resolution.

After a returned product is received:

• Inspection: Usually completed within 5 business days

• Refunds: Issued within 3 business days after approval

• Exchanges: Shipped within 3 business days after approval, subject to availability

• Replacements: Shipped within 3 business days after approval, subject to availability

International return and exchange processing times may vary depending on shipping carriers and customs clearance.
